First of all remove the husk from the corn cobs. Wash the corn with fresh water
Take a pressure cooker, add corn also add potato ,then add required amount of water for boiling. So that corn and potato both are boiled together.Keep the heat on high flame until 2 vessel. (By the time we can do preparation of other vegetables )
After that switch the (heat) stove.Let it cool down. Take out corn kernels from the corn cobs.Also chop the boiled potato.
Now take a large bowl, add corn kernels, all the vegetables (potato, tomato, onion, cucumber, carrot,capsicum, beetroot)Add lemon juice too.Mix properly.
Now add salt and black pepper powder. Cover the bowl with a lid and shake it so that everything mixes properly.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Corn chaat is ready to eat.
